Board of Trustees: Pool Manager 1

  • Management and supervision of certified lifeguards for the association pool.

  • Interview, hire, and train/oversee training of lifeguards for the season.

  • Create and maintain monthly schedules for lifeguards.

  • Set up lifeguards and submit payroll on a weekly basis with the Association’s payroll company.

  • Schedule extra lifeguards as necessary for scheduled pool parties.

  • Regularly observe and check in with lifeguards to make sure things are running smoothly and well.

  • Distribute pool passes to homeowners who make payments after the initial bulk of pool passes are distributed to homeowners.

  • Responsive and timely in communication with lifeguards, homeowners, Pool Manager II, board members, etc.

  • Acts as a backup for Pool Manager II – Maintenance.

  • Jointly, with Pool Manager II, maintains/updates all pool-related material and forms available through the website with major policy changes approved by the board in advance of posting.

  • Assist in oversight of grounds maintenance and watering as needed.
